Pictures of Breast Implants Settling Too Low – Bottoming Out

Below are before and after photos of women who have had breast augmentation where the implants has settled too low. This condition has varying degrees of severity. Some women want it corrected. Some women do not believe it is a big deal and elect to more surgery. The implants being too low occurs because of several contributing factors. The woman’s genetic tissue makeup, weight of the breast implants or size, and the plastic surgical technique used to put them in all are involved.

She is a tall framed woman with reasonable good posture. You may be able to notice that her right breast fold or crease is a bit lower than the left. Her nipples positions are fairly level. You should note that her after augmentation photos show how the right breast implant has settled just a bit low. You can see it on the frontal view primarily and on the right lateral view. She has lost just a bit of the upper pole fullness on that side when compared to the left.

This set of pictures is over 10 years old but still demonstrates how large breast implants can cause issues. Her left shoulder is a bit low, and her nipple on that side is actually a bit high. You can see that as the implants have settled over time that they have over stretched out the lower half of her skin and they have fallen to a lower position. On her profile views, the implants are not in a bad position. In her case, there is more stretch along the inner sides of her breasts, She is pleased and does not want any other surgery.

She has quite a few interesting traits. Her spine curve makes her shoulders tilt to the to the right. She has a tiny rib cage that is protruding in the midline. That makes her breasts fall towards the sides. Her nipple on the right side is higher and points more outward. In her after photos these preexisting conditions remain. Do note that even a slightly lower on the right makes the nipple asymmetry more noticeable. Since she was made aware that this could happen before surgery, it did not bother her. Her gap distance was narrowed and she was happy.
